Thank you for that comment. I wasn't saying my husband thinks I'm too fat, doesn't love me and is going to leave me if I don't get within his standards lol. I had my idea on what would be healthy for me and he thought I wasn't setting a high enough standard for myself and said 135 would be a better goal. We also talk about…

Good lord you are whiney. Sorry to say but it's true. First somebody asks what is so hard about paying attention to how much fuel you put in your body and you go off on this rant about how hard 1400 calories a day is which has nothing to do with what she said. Now you are complaining about these numbers? I think it's…

Ok after looking at these, I think I will stick with 140 and work on strength at that point. I may end up at 130-135, but I guess I will see how I look and go from there. I haven't been at 135 since I was 15 and back then I thought I was fat lol

Thanks that site is perfect! Amazing how many different pants sizes these women wear!

I wish nobody saw the scale! Unfortunately I have to step on it twice a year in front of my co-workers and if I'm not within weight standards, I risk losing my job.

I wouldn't have even thought you were the same person! You look amazing!
-
OMG you look amazing already!

Awesome!

You said if she isn't hungry, to eat less. I didn't see where she said she was eating when she was full so suggesting less calories probably isn't good. I don't see a problem with staying where you are at. If you feel you need more calories without filling yourself up more than you want to, try adding some good fats (olive…

If you are burning as much as you are eating, then you should be losing 1-1.5 lbs every other day. I'm glad I don't have issues like that and you may want to get seen. People always worry about medical issues which really isn't that common. It's simple calories in/calories out for me. I eat 500 less than my BMR, workout 3-…

Pilates is amazing! And I know it sounds stupid, but maybe pole dancing classes. They build amazing strength!

Add me too!

That's a great idea! I love preparing meals ahead of time so we have healthy meals when we are in a hurry!

Try sprinkling chia seeds or ground flax seed on all your food. It is tasteless and adds a few extra calories as well as supports digestive health!

Haha! If you don't move all day, then that sounds like a personal problem. I'm pretty sure even the laziest of Americans move during the day which means they will be losing weight, even if they only walk to get their food and to go to the bathroom. eating your BMR means you zero out and any activities other than staring at…

Yes! I always suggest eating your BMR. That zeros you out and any extra calories you burn going about your daily life (walking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, walking ect.) are pure weight loss. Just remember, as you lose weight, your BMR will decrease so make sure you re-evaluate it regularly to avoid and stop in your…

It's sad to think that avoiding GMO's is a "fad". At what point did it become acceptable to genetically modify foods (yes, even the seeds which our conventional produce are grow from) and consume them? I use to get Tyson chicken for dirt cheap with coupons and thought I was eating healthy until I found out how they raise…

Former extreme couponer here (and I have the butt to prove it). I still use coupons and always recommend them for the products you already buy. Ways to get coupons: contact companies- figure out which brands you buy, go to their website, give them a compliment and butter them up and ask if they have coupons available. Many…

It also matters how many calories you put out. If you skip a nice energy filled breakfast, you may burn less calories throughout the day due to less energy early on (even if you don't notice it) which results in less weight lost. I like to prepare my breakfast the night before since I have to be at the gym at 6 AM. If I…

My last boss always said "Fruit never made anybody fat". That is a lot of fruit for a smoothie and I wouldn't do that every day, but no more fruits today and maybe a little less tomorrow and you will be fine.
-
Easy answer, yes. Running 6 miles isn't better for you than walking 5 miles, it's just quicker. Walking is just fine.
-
I always found it best when trying to lose weight to make your BMR the amount of calories you take in per day. Then any calories you burn by walking around, physical activity ect is pure weight loss. As you lose, reassess your BMR and adjust your calorie intake accordingly.

You would love my brother lol. He lifts weight and is really strong, but he can't let go of that inner fat kid (who loves reeses) lol
