Good luck! It's a great program. I have just recently graduated from the C25K and am doing the B210K. I was a new runner when I started. You will find lots of people on MFP who are doing the program. You can do it! Look into the Couch to 5 K program for running. It builds up your endurance a bit at a time over the course of 9 wks. I have 1 more run to go before I graduate - and I know I wouldn't have been able to do it without it (run 5km nonstop now). Great, great program. Good luck! Add me if you would like!

I had a chicken breast salad when we went the other day - and even opted out of dressing. I find with cucumber, tomato and hot peppers on it, it's moist enough. If you get the dressing on the side just dip your fork in the dressing before you dig into the salad - you use so much less dressing.

I fully understand! My husband travels 75% of the time - I have a picky 12year old and 2 cats (LOL). Making something quick and healthy on the run or for just you and the kid (s) is a bit drab (I find she wants the same things over and over). I agree - if she supports your cause then helping your wife the night before or even sitting down on the weekend to plan out the whole week worth of meals ,pin it on the fridge then you know exactly what you are having. It really does help - plus it cuts down the cost of groceries i find.

Make sure you stretch after - or as someone else mentioned use hand weights ( just a different hand position not as hard on the wrist) instead of keeping palms flat - even pilates plank
