I have noticed this for years. I weigh myself in the morning before breakfast and after a shower. My scale measures bodyfat. I can see several pounds of variation from day to day and often this coorelates with bodyfat being higher, a sign of being dehydrated.

New to myfitnesspal but have been diagnosed type 2 since 1996. D&E is the primary thing I have been doing also. Mainly what I look to do is keep my blood sugar from spiking and am forever trying to get my % of body fat down since this seems to be a big factor in keeping blood sugar down and the favorite A1C.
