I changed my location from UK to USA and now it works. From what I can gather challenges are only currently available to USA members. Hope this helps you all.

thank you everyone. hearing your stories has really put my mind at ease and made me feel better about going slow. with 46 pounds to loose I know if I push myself too hard I will either stop or hurt myself. hearing that you all did it at your own paces makes me feel much better. thank you again :blush:

Hi after having 4 children I know how you feel. I would also appreciate any advice regarding this as so fat the only thing I've decided on is loosing the weight and then having surgery but there must be another way. I really dont want to go down the surgical route

Hi :wink: I walk everyday and it is my main exercise and I think it helps a lot with my weight loss I've lost 9lbs so far in around 5 weeks. I love walking having my dog helps as I know she has to be walked every day. I set myself a challenge of walking at least 3 miles a day and today I've done 5. I feel great afterwards…
