Mine is open, but I am a vegetarian who just eats to stay within a calorie limit...I don't really pay attention to my macros. :wink:

Isn't that the truth! I just noticed today that I dropped from a 6 to a 4, and I am only about 7ish pounds (maybe as many as 9?) down from my weight when I bought the size 6's!!

nope. i don't get why those are seen as a thing... treat days = binging... which is super unhealthy in the first place and on top of that, they make me feel guilty. i just work treats into my daily calorie goal and that knocks out the craving to binge for a full flippin' day.

if I was you, i would hold out on buying a dress. the time between now in june is pretty long, and you never know what extenuating circumstances will come up between now and then that could halt or increase your weight loss. what if you are smaller than the dress?? i'd say save yourself the dress and go shopping when…

overweight and eating my feelings. i struggled hard with my body image because it wasn't the me i was used to. now, i am stronger and prouder! :D so happy to overcome my body struggles and poor lifestyle!

i used to eat ~1000. I could do it, sure, but for two months, it sucked. Now I eat around 1500-1700, am still losing (not sure how, to be honest, but whatevs). In fact, as I type, i am eating a pint of Chocolate Therapy from Ben and Jerry's. :) I missed it so much when i was hardcore restricting.

i'd say that you should cut out the not-so-good for you foods from your cabinets/fridge/freezer. don't even leave the temptation. for my lunches, i hate doing meal prep, too...so i just grab a banana, hummus, and green pepper slices. i'll bring carrots or whatever for a snack. i know it's easy to say "prepare ahead of…

currently maintaining at ~131. If i saw the scale at 134 when I woke up, I'd start eating at a deficit for a few days until it hung out in a more normal range of 131-132.5

Nah I get it if people thinks it is unattractive but I was more miffed at the malicious adjectives he used to describe the people who don't shave. That's where I interpret him as intolerant. :)
