Soooo, not judging you. But as a nurse I've seen many patients stop a med cold turkey due to a side effect that could have been taken care of with a discussion with your physician. Your doctor is there to discuss even the "smallest" side effect. OK off my soap box. I'm glad you are planning to taper down :)

Agree!, Celexa needs to be tapered down and your doctor will give you a taper schedule. You should always talk to your doctor about any issues or concerns with medication.

SW 232.8 Wk1 229.8 Wk 2 227.8, yes! So I definitely did 3 days of cardio. But instead of hitting the gym a fourth day I spent the afternoon outside with the kiddos and had a ton of extra steps this week.

That's a good idea, especially with measurements. I plan to do monthly and was thinking the 1st Sunday but that's passed and I have yet to do this month's measurements.

SW 232.8 GW 222.8 Week, 1: 229.8. I made my 2# for the week. I did have one diet soda on Tues before I read this, but lots of water with some coffee and tea....this momma needs caffeine.

Wk3 233.6, I didn't gain but also didn't loose any weight. It was a crazy week and I made some bad food choices. Oh well. It's a new week now. Good job everyone!!

I wear a HRM during Zumba and in 30 minutes burn 300-350 calories. I sweat a ton and its so much fun, instead of just logging time in on a machine, I get to dance and have fun.
