A trick with chocolate, for me anyway is if there is a world market near you. Get the European or UK chocolate. It tastes different and its sweet enough that you don't want to over eat. It also tastes better than american chocolate

To lose weight the only thing you need to do is have a caloric deficit. That said both methods are effective. If lifting weights I believe you still have to eat at a deficit, but make sure you get enough protein.

Do you drink diet soda or artificial sweeteners? That's more likely the culprit. I drink water all day and have stopped craving carbs

I didn't like them myself but yeah great protein. My yogurt I eat is 80 for 12 so thats p.good. @Bookwormdee I've been buying the milk also, haven't tried chocolate yet though

Any cardio will work, as long as you have a caloric deficit. I have tried jogging, hiit, and walking and I still lose weight week after week without a single plateau

I was 295 and I'm at 212 and have been wrestling with what my goal weight should be, I was going to stop at 175 but now I see the 160s are possible. I'm also 5'10. Congrats on your loss.
