Thanks. I'm just started the diet while I'm healing from an injury to avoid the engery struggles most have early on. Then it will be building my base mileage back up to half marathon mileage levels.

I just joined this group. I'm on day 2. I'm a runner who's currently on hiatus due to injury and wife convinced me to give this a try. I lost 100lbs previously doing other things but the idea of using fat for fuel intrigues me. Hope to learn a lot in here.

I don't really have a protein goal. I know I get more than enough throughout the day but I don't really keep track of if I hit a certain number of grams of protein. Never have really.

Once I'm finished marathon training I'm going to change things up. So I used the spreadsheet for myself but I am confused because I am afraid I don't know what any of these numbers mean. I am not used to TDEE, I am used to whatever myfitnesspal tells me. So last year i started doing the strong lift and kind of got away from it. Don't really like doing deadlifts, rows, and even squats (with weights). So what other options do you or anyone else suggest? I can do body weight squats, I don't mind bench presses, can probably deal with dumbbell curls or something like that. Is…
