Can't get motivated to exercise
I run, or try to with this heat but I know I should be lifting or something also. I have access to p90x, p90x3, resistance bands, body weight programs, and even classes at the gym but none of it excites me like running. How do I motivate myself to do something else? looking for a GPS watch and a heart rate sensor, any suggestions?
I've seen the ones together that are like $250, but I can't afford those. Is there a cheaper watch that will work with my polar h1 strap or maybe a cheaper one that comes with their own strap? I've got about $150 to spend. Thanks in advanced

20 to 30lbs to go, what should my weight loss target be?
I really want to keep it at 2lbs, but those calories are hard to maintain for me without lots of exercise. I'm afraid to lower it cause I want to hit my goal asap, but what is generally recommended when you are close to goal weight?

What should my macros be?
I'm still losing but running more, 3 to 4 times a week plus a long walk once or twice a week. I'm not sure with this activity what my protein/carb/fat ratios should be. Any suggestions?

OK saw this in the FAQ but still confused.
So my fitbit hr monitor says I burned like 580, but in mfp it only calculated 300 something, this number should go up as the day progresses right? Assuming I don't lay on the coach all day that is.

C25k progress update

how do you gain if you never eat over maitence?
Gained 1.5lbs and sure I had a few bad days but I always exercised and never went over my maitence calories, so why did I gain? Its my first gain in 9 months.

How do you react when people tell you that you have lost enough?
I don't feel like I have, yet people tell me I don't need to lose anymore. Its kind of annoying. I have at least 20 more to go.

Time is an issue for me, and I want to get in some cardio after. Would reducing to 3x5 affect my workout at all or affect my strength gains? I'm focused on losing weight first, building strength second. Right now workouts are going over an hour which means I have to cut out cardio or else I have to go over my calorie goals…
