I gotta get out of here or I'm.going to.have a new.list of things to try lol

That sounds yummy lol I still eat a turkey sandwich, with chipotle mayo and spicy doritos. So yummy and I can fit it in my day
-
How about 3 scoops with bananas and chocolate sauce almost every night Or huge bowl of cereal and then when I.got to work, 2 fried bacon egg and cheese sandwiches My highest calorie meal had to be a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal with an extra sausage biscuit with grape jelly. Yeah I ate really bad

I can't imagine you don't have 15 minutes for breakfast. Some quick options would be a peanut butter and banana on a while wheat tortilla, couple of hard boiled eggs, or a quest bar (smores, chocolate chip cookie dough, or cookies and cream) heated for 8 seconds in the microwave. All good options

I made buffalo cauliflower, it wasn't bad at all. My florets were too big but that's an easy fix

I agree with the weight lifting suggestion. Even something simple like the program I am doing (strong lift 5x5) would help
-
No idea about thighs, but yes to losing weight as long as you are eating at a deficit
-
Just jogged 2.5 miles then finished with 5 minutes at 10%. In cool down mode now but my calorie burn should be good. I needed a cardio high calorie burn day for Superbowl Sunday lol
-
When I walk on the treadmill I've kicked up the incline, its a really great burner. But I haven't gotten that high yet, 6 to 8% for me. Calves feel the burn, that's for sure

If you are doing a proper cool down, which you should be, your HR should be pretty low at the end of your workout

What type of weight program did you use?
-
Nicely done zeze, how much you lose?

No shame in weight loss surgery. I know a lot of people who had it done and almost did it myself. For me I started slow, I knew I had to stop drinking diet soda as it was making me hungrier. After that I just figured out how to continue eating the things I liked but eat less of it. I also stopped eating out so often, once…

Nice, stomach definitely looks flatter. What exercises did you do?

Idk bout building out of wood, would cost a ton just buying the necessary tools first lol. I'm just going to try and take videos during my next 2 sessions. I'll not increase my weights so I can do stuff that I can handle. Side note, some of the weights seem easy and some seem hard. On the easy ones can I bump up to a…

Your calves must be amazing. I just walked at 4% and they are sore
-
Idk how accurate this is, unless heart rate monitors are giving wrong info also
-
That's too vague of a question. Depends what you do at the gym
-
I'd love to get my own system but the rack alone is expensive, then the weights & bar too.
-
Ah yeah got it. I've found its hard to find good accurate info with regards to things, this could be why

What's broscience

that group looks way more active than the normal stronglift group on here. But I think it should probably be left for womens only

1,200 a day is probably fine as long as her net stays above 1100 calories. I had tremendous success losing weight by keeping my net calories between 1k and 1,200 calories. Net is the amount of calories you eat minus the exercise calories (in other words, eat back some but not all of your exercise calories)
-
if I had unlimited funds I most certainly would do this.
-
allright i'll try and figure out a way to video my lifts. thanks guys and gals
-
no, I still like stronglifts and would prefer to do that as it seems to be really easy to follow but I have no idea if my form is crap and I don't know anyway to easily find out.

I do go in the morning usually, yesterday was an exception cause of the weather but there are still people there and they all seem to use the rack. I had to get up at 4:30 today to make sure I get there before anyone
