Before you commit to map my run, I'd use runkeeper instead. I've tested a bunch of apps vs a GPS watch and runkeeper was the most accurate. Map my run always said I ran more than I actually did

Its impossible to calculate calories burned during strength training from what I've heard, at best you can use a hr monitor and enter it as cardio, but even that's not accurate

Being nice I went with the wife to the gym instead of going outside. That treadmill sucked *kitten* then after 45 minutes she was done, I still had more time lol. Today at lunch my 5 mile run was awesome. Cept the sidewalks, hate running on sidewalks

This to me seems to be more of a program for bulking. Most of the before and after pics I can find show increase in weight. I'm at 202 trying to get down to about 185. Do people lose weight with this one? I'll do more research because I definitely like the after photos

ok re-reading this thread I have 1 last question. Somebody mentioned about being carb depleted when going on a long run. Since my long runs will now be 10+ miles, how many grams of carbs should I be eating the days leading up to my run and also the days leading up to my 1/2? I think I am getting about 185 to 200 grams a…

Polar M400 is an activity tracker with a heart rate monitor built in. I personally like my charge HR but then again I didn't have to pay for mine.

Those include the calories your body burns during the day, even asleep your body burns calories

I did my 10 mile training run eating a whole grain waffle, banana, and pb before hand. Next time I'll try empty stomach. Im just afraid of losing energy
