I used to think so but the last time I had Moe's, I wasn't impressed. I haven't had an actual burrito in almost a year, I can't wait to go on a long run and eat one. I run in the mornings though

I was 295, now weigh 197. Technically still overweight and I'm training for a half and I don't find it difficult to lose and train, in fact the running allows me to eat more.

IMO you should be eating 1200 to 1300 after exercise. I'd try eating more like 1600 to 1700 calories a day and if you do everything else the same, you should have slower loss.

Having just adjusted my weight loss goal and now having more calories, even on normal run days I'm having trouble getting my calories in. I'll figure it out but after being on a strict deficit for so long, it kinda feels like cheating lol

What kind of exercise are you doing? Also setting your food goal at 600+ exercise is wrong IMO, you should set it to whatever mfp tells you then eat at least half your exercise calories back

lol yeah I hear them. I am not really looking for cardio aspect as I run 3 days a week, really just looking for a strength training program where I don't have to buy a ton of stuff

right now only injury I have is a slight knee pain that usually I don't feel when I'm running but I did yesterday and I also have 2 scabs on the back of my heels I got from breaking in a pair of new shoes. I only walked in them but when I got back the damage was done.
