Except I haven't really found that to be true for me. I did have 1 week where I gained after a bad week (though I never went over my maitence calories) but after readjusting my macros, I'm back on pace for another in the line of consistent 1.5/2 lb weight loss. I guess everyone is different

Well I typically eat 1800 to 2k a day, but if I follow mfp my daily goal should be 1320. So lots of exercise would be burning enough to stay in that range. I'm a newer runner but expanding my distance now, in addition to being down 90lbs, I set my PR last weekend. Break away 5k in Frederick, MD almost 10 minute improvement from my last 5k in October. Finished 33:08

I'm planning on running 2 10ks this year, one end of April and one in November that spans across the bay bridge in Maryland (if I get accepted to register) I'm excited and nervous

Because it makes you feel better afterwards, plus it let's you eat more which makes losing weight easier imo

I believe the intention is to continue where you left off. That's what I did anyway. Though I abandoned that training program and opted for one where I do 2 shorter runs during the week and a long run on the weekend, I found that worked better for me. I'm doing my first 10k end of April.

Yeah, I don't know which to trust tbh, but lots of people complain about wrong readings. I guess as long as you don't eat back all exercise calories, you'll be fine. I personally don't like the strap, especially when it comes unhooked during a workout or worse a run when I can't stop to fix it

So I went to 1lb a week and gained, like 1.5 the next week I lost 1lb and now I'm back to 205.

What was week 5? Can't remember now. Just stick with it though, when you finally complete your first full 5K, you will be so glad you did. Even if you have to do a week a couple of times like I did, you will get though it.

Yeah I just bought a huge pack of chobani at Costco cause it's on sale, its OK and I'll eat them but I won't be buying those anymore. If only fage made a big case like that.

Definitely not new but new to me. Fage fruyo, its the best damn yogurt I've ever had. Im ready to throw all my chobani in the trash and buy a ton of these. It was really delicious

IMO they are jealous of your success and are trying to sabotage you. I get that all the time, this one girl who is.overweight is always giving me a hard time about my healthy choices and not eating stuff people bring in. That's the only thing I can think of.
