Just did day 3 level 1 today. I hate those jumping jacks and bicycle crunches. I will do day 4 tomorrow but I will not be able to get to day 5 till Sunday.

I am currently taking Phentermine (prescribed by my doctor) I have only been on them for a week by so far I have lost 8lbs and am learning to eat smaller portions and to make healthier food choices. I plan on logging on MFP forever. I have been obese for so long that once I get to goal I never want to go back. I see logging everyday as my only way to keep it off.

You can get the DVD from Wal-Mart or Target or order it online from Amazon. Not sure how much weight it can help you loose. I just started it today.

Hi everyone. I just started 30DS today. I was able to do all 20 minutes without having to take a break. I plan on doing it 5 days a week. I also do cycle and kettlebell.

I started doing low carb a week ago and try to keep my carbs between 70-80 a day. I would eventually like to get down to 50 carbs a day. I have lost 8 lbs since Monday doing the lower carb diet. Everyone is different in their carb needs. You just have to play around with it and see what works best for you.

I have been on and off watching what I eat but I started this Monday back with a vengeance. My weight Monday morning was 224 (hiding my face in shame) but my first goal is 200 and my final goal is 150.

I was doing a shake at breakfast and one at lunch (each had a tsp of peanut butter, half a banana, tsp of coco powder and 8oz skim milk) For snacks I would do either fruit or nuts and for dinner I would just eat a small healthy meal (chicken, fish and veggies)

You did an awesome thing by throwing out all the junk food. Now you need to replace it with some fresh fruit and veggies. You are very lucky that your husband is helping you through this.
