I know when i'm at a lower weight my asthma doesn't bother me as much. I've never had that luck with allergies though.

I have a friend that really does love just lettuce salads -with very little or no dressing. I just don't get it.

I love to make poundcakes. I haven't made one in a while cause I have no self control when I make one. The best one yet was an ameratto flavored with amarato sauce drizzled on top. Now my mouth is watering.

Deep chocolate is my fave. I don't buy them often cause they are pricy but nice to have on occasion.

I just started the c25k program and I go to a local park to run. I promise people don't look at you while your running. I'm afraid to even enter all the stuff I used to eat. I would sit down at night and fix some air pop popcorn but then i would put at least half a stick of butter on it and then after eating that I would eat several Tbsp of peanutbutter. My fave workout song is Fuel by Metallica. Can't wait to see the week 2 results, even though I gained. Hopefully my weight will start coming off when I go to the doctor in early June to get my anxiety/depression med changed. Lexapro has royally messed up my metabolism.
