Yeah, go for it. I usually keep a bar of quality dark chocolate in my closet for a treat every once in a while.

1. I went for a nice walk with my mum. 2. I had the most amazing lunch (Grilled mozzarella sandwich with tomato and pesto....yuuuuum) 3. Found out the hotel I'm staying at for a school trip in a few weeks has a pool! And kitchenettes in the room! AND THE ROOMS HAVE RED WALLS!

I had a guy break up with me over text once. And once over facebook! I think it's tacky and pathetic. I mean, seriously. Grow a pair!

I personally steer clear of them. They're like soda for me, only worse. If I need caffeine, I grab a cup of coffee or green tea.

You could create a custom exercise? Just do the math once and create it as a custom. Ta daaaaaa!

http://youtu.be/5pnOoxwi9aE This girl has tons of yoga vids and they are AWESOME. I'm just starting out as well but I love it already.

Since she's into theatre, maybe try getting her into dance as well? The two go hand in hand! Try getting her involved in the cooking. Teach her about healthy eating. Get creative in the kitchen and make healthy food fun and interesting. Of course, sometimes preteens can be stubborn and just need to learn on their own. You…

Hi, my name is Chelsiii and I'm addicted to...Turbo Jam. which is a pretty good thing.
-
Sparkling water. You could flavor it yourself with fruit! Make sure if you buy the flavored kinds that you read the label and check for any artificial sweeteners.

Your body can't live on 800 calories a day just because you decide it can. Google 'BMR calculator'. Eating healthy on a budget IS possible, it just takes a little effort. And it's worth it! Your body will thank you. Try looking online for coupons, look for sale or clearance signs. Sometimes products get put on clearance…

Munch on some almonds or eat a spoonful of peanut butter.
-
I'd go with 'aerobics' or 'circuit training'. When I do turbo jam, I enter 'kickboxing' though.
-
Just go light. As long as you're eating enough, your monthly buddy should stick around. And plus, working out helps with cramps!

If it's something you do everyday, I would just set your calorie goal to account for it. But if it's something you don't do everyday, then yeah, enter it. I do sometimes.

I'd recommend making oatmeal. Special K Oats & Honey cereal is also my guilty pleasure. I've heard it's not very good for you (and probably not very nutrient-dense) but I loooove it so much.
-
In the summer I get iced coffee with milk. Plain, but delicious! I got an email the other day from Starbucks saying they have skinny mochas now! They're only 100 cals and they sound heavenly!

Melatonin can be a lifesaver sometimes. And it's a bonus that it's natural (since it's the same chemical your body releases anyway to make you sleep).
-
I usually go for a nice bubble bath if I'm sore. Electric heating pads or Magic Bags (if you have one) work well too.

The thigh gap is not really a healthy goal since some girls aren't built to get it. It's hereditary. You'll be more likely to have a gap at a heathy weight if you have wider hips. A girl with more narrow hips can sometimes get a gap, but it usually involves unhealthy means! My recommendation- don't lose weight just because…

What do you put in your oatmeal? You can try adding in some peanut butter or protein powder. Plus, if you use protein powder, you don't need sweetener or milk. You could eat some peanut butter on a spoon! Or munch on a banana or some almonds.

Yuck! It's hard to believe that this stuff is sold to children in schools!

You might not be getting enough nutrients. I find that when I don't eat very well, I end up over-eating because my body tries to make up for the lack of nutrients. Try keeping yourself busy with other things as well. Brush your teeth. Just remember that food can't tell you what to do. You're the thinking, living, breathing…

My wallet is stuffed with coupons for various items as well as store cards for stores I don't even have in my town. I never buy anything full price. Ever. Being cheap is a good thing! It's like a game to me, hunting for the best deal.

Water. I have no friends to hang out with.

I love having curves. I mean, yes, there are some times where I'd like to be able to wear things the skinny, hip-less girls wear but most of the time I'm happy I can rock a tight black skirt.

I try for every friday morning but recently I've been weighing myself almost every day. It's a bad habit but I feel like I need to know.
-
I'd recommend using stevia. It does have a bit of a weird taste (in tea anyway. I've never baked with it) but anything is better than artificial sweeteners.

My sister is a vegetarian so instead of putting ground beef in our spaghetti sauce we added tiny chopped up bits of cauliflower! It adds the same texture but a different flavor.

I was supposed to go to a party with my best friend tonight but she ditched me so I've got another friend coming over. We'll probably watch Doctor Who and make cookies or something (in my new stand mixer!).

Very rarely. I don't usually bother entering it because if I am drinking then I'm with friends and I'm enjoying an evening. The only times I do drink are on birthdays, halloween or new years really.
