Recipes that "sneak" in fruits and veggies?

I am a picky eater but I am willing to try recipes that "sneak" in fruits in veggies. Right now I puree carrots and put them in spaghetti sauce but I need more ideas. Thank you!

  My sister is a vegetarian so instead of putting ground beef in our spaghetti sauce we added tiny chopped up bits of cauliflower! It adds the same texture but a different flavor.
