  • Interesting, this may be my problem...
  • I am of course a guy, am trying to lose 2# per week. Little bit tough. :) They are suggesting that my calorie intake is 1360. Any exercise that I do, I do not count on the calories. I just always try to eat something less than the 1360. Currently I weigh 227 and am 6'. Hope this helps.
