  • AWESOME!!! You can do it Jake! Just follow my fitness pal and do your best to log everything you put in your mouth! It really works! :) Even when you have "bad"/"cheat" day log it anyway, when I do that it makes me realize where the BIG calories are coming from
  • Yep, I agree with YAYjules. Shake it off, and move ON! My secret, get in a couple mins of cardio at night if I go too overboard.
