Congratz on the the NSV.. My 8 year old daughter saw me without my shirt and said "daddy you have bigger boobs than mommy" I looked at her and said thanks a lot.

I was also a victim of wings had 10 for lunch and went to log it...figured 800+ calories. I spent a lot of time at the gym that night. Would I do that again? Yes of course the whole reason I watch what i eat and exercise is to have a "bad" meal every so often. I would not kick myself over it.
