Usually I just add all the calories of the ingredients that go into the recipe and divide it by the number of servings I expect to get from it.

I love fountain diet cokes and can Pepsi Max. Pepsi Max is a diet Pepsi but with better flavor and more caffeine plus some ginseng or something-or-other. I also love Lipton Green Tea (tea bag made hot or cold in a bottle); the diet green tea with citrus is especially yummy.

Even when I was 117 pounds and a size 2, my thighs rubbed together when walking. I agree with the above posters that most womens' thighs probably do rub together, unless they're super skinny or have very, very wide hips (and I have pretty wide hips myself...)
