I'm not nearly as hungry as I used to be. I bought two eggs and a granola bar for breakfast. Ate one egg, sipped some coffee, and I feel quite full.

Honestly, I hadn't been paying much attention to it. I eat at a cafeteria, and it turns out if I just have the normal main meal serving, some fruit and vegetables each meal, I lose weight at a decent rate. Well, my big goal is to not go over when I get mom's cooking for a week straight. ;) I want to be able to run 5 miles consistently, and to be able to run 2 miles in less than 15 minutes. Finally, I'm going to make a plan for bulking, because the time for that approaches!

Gen: I went out as well. Felt pretty miserable, but it was a chance to hang out with a friend who's about to move away. Anyway, I'm already back down to the weight I was before I went out. Intermittent fasting kind of sucks, but I'm staying strong.

For reasons that are not entirely my fault, I was forced to choose between fast food and gas station food for breakfast this morning. Not terribly healthy, but I did at least minimize calories while doing so. I think I feel my urge to eat decreasing.
