I vote for Amy's too. more expensive but still cheaper than eating out if you are looking for the convenience factor. I do better when I don't eat as much wheat/gluten and they have gluten free options. I love the pasta bowls but found they caused afternoon "brain fog" with all the carbs. I sit all day at work so I have to walk Intentionally before I go to work, at lunch and after work to get 10k.

5'2" and 190. Want to get down to 145 but the lowest I've been at in the past 10 years is 160. I'll be happy to lose the first 10 lbs. I've done mfp in the past and it worked. I just don't like to feel deprived... Feel free to friend me :-)

It helps curb my emotional eating that is part of my depression. If I go off of it for a time (bad idea!) I start eating too much again. Overall without using MFP I might lose 5 lbs, but my poor eating habits can quickly wipe that out.

Lower calorie hot cocoa (usually kcups Café Escapes). I have ice cream cravings and one 100 calorie Skinny Cow chocolate truffle bar does the trick
