I'm 5'4" and 163 lbs.. I wear mostly 12s with the occasional 10.. but they are still a bit tight. My first goal is 150 and comfy in my 10s with the occasional 8. I started out at 176 and was wearing 14s with the occasional 16.

Check out thrift stores and consignment shops... Its silly to spend a lot of money on transitional clothes... I've found cute things at the salvation army, and thats where i've been buying most of my jeans. Honestly, I think i've gotten too cheap to buy anything new.. let alone new at full price. I'd rather spend my money…

It sounds like you are exercising a lot, and the food you are eating is VERY low calorie. How many calories are you consuming in a day? You may not be eating enough to sustain yourself which can actually slow weight loss. Also... time of the month can add a few pounds for a few days/week. It doesn't sound like too much…
