lower sugar freezer jam
Anyone have tried and true recipes for low sugar strawberry freezer jam? Going picking tomorrow and i adore the deliciously full sugar homemade jam, but would like to try something a little healthier this year (for some of it anyway) thanks!

I don't have any trouble drinking the 8 glasses of water a day, but what i'm wondering is... is there any benefit to drinking more than that?

high protein
Is it a problem to consistently go over on protein? They are almost all lean proteins, grilled chicken, tofu, greek yogurt, etc... But is the protein number just a goal to get at least? or is it more of a limit? thanks! Yesterday i was 30 grams over which is not uncommon.
