I am a female who started rushfit three weekes ago. I finally saw a change in the scale this week. I dropped 2.5 lbs, which I am shocked considering I have only been working out with the videos four times a week. I am am trying to stay around 1200 to 1500 cals a day. I just started it two days ago and hope to follow thru the entire eight weeks. I have started running three weeks ago and I am up to three miles twice a week. So I will be adding in Rushfit in hopes of losing these last stubborn 15 pounds or some of the baby fat on my tummy.
