Rushfit training newbie

I am new to MFP but am trying to find other members who are doing Rushfit circuit training dvd's. Seems someone will certainly be found. Having hard time believing the nutrition guidelined are correct. My scale hasn't moved since I began this series but my strength and stamina have improved greatly. Trying to drop fat but scale won't go below 200#! MFP and Rushfit system both calculate my TDEE at 3100 calories, or 2130 net calories. Seems very high to me. I dropped 15# while cutting calories but since scale won't budge trying to open my mind to "adding" calories like these calculators claim. Anyone in the same boat?? I'm a 42 year old trying to get back the "V" shape I once had, but after cresting the big 4-OH the body seems to work differently.

I am a female who started rushfit three weekes ago. I finally saw a change in the scale this week. I dropped 2.5 lbs, which I am shocked considering I have only been working out with the videos four times a week. I am am trying to stay around 1200 to 1500 cals a day.
We will see how this goes...I love the videos though and think the workouts are great. The backwards bridge was something I could not do and now I am able to to that exercise for a little while. I am seeing improvement in strength just wish the changes were a bit more obvious. Guess the mentality is I did not put on this weight over night so it will take time to come off.0 -
Congrats on weight loss!! You said calories were bet. 1200-1600 day? Were you using the Rushfit nutrition calculator or MFP calculator? I am on week 5 now. You will notice a big difference in strength/endurance if you stick with it. Love the humor in those as well. Anyhow I am trying to follow the Rushfit system on faith and look here for support/encouragement. Hope I can motivate others as well. My core strength and stability is greatly improved as well. Everyone should benefit in this area. Great to hear from a RUSHFIT-ER!!0
