I've noticed I can eat 1200 for a little bit, but eventually a couple of up days scattered here and there helps with weightloss more.

I've been working on it for 2 1/2 weeks, but I started really focusing on it more this week. I'm not sure what you mean by "quality" calories. I've been eating hard-boiled eggs w/yolk, salad, and sandwiches. Sadly I haven't measured my inches yet so it could be that. I just started jogging at 4 mph on the treadmill. MFP…

You don't want something to sit heavy on your stomach while you exercise, but you don't want to be starving either. I suggest a apple or some other piece of fruit. Good luck!

I am really struggling to meet 1200 calories a day. Feels odd trying to force myself to eat a sandwich when I could down fast-food quickly before. I think it's just the fact that you're paying more attention now than ever before.

I gain 5 lbs in water weight everytime my TOM rears it's ugly head, BUT the bright side of this is that your metabolism is much higher during your TOM vs. when it isn't around.

Boiled egg with spinich and paul newman's honey mustard dressing. Nothing really interesting I'm afraid.

I know some people rave about those 5 hour energy drinks. Be prepared though.......I hear they taste awful.
