I had 4oz of sliced roasted chicken breast and some roasted red peppers. Instead of putting it on bread I had it in leaves of romaine lettuce with a light mayo/dijon mustard mixture I made myself. I then had some cut up raw veggies with hummus, a plum and a Nature's Own Granola Thin Square for dessert. You can check out my diary for the total calories if you friend me.0

Oh No!! Vegitmite!! I have actually tried it when we had an Aussie exchange student....can't say that I developed a taste for it

1 can refried beans
1 oz cheese
3 oz mixed peppers
flavoured with chili powder, garlic salt, and cumin

Left over homemade stir fry with rice.
It wasn't the best I have ever made, it was missing a spice of some sort, but I can't let food go to waste!

Rotisserrie Chicken ( leftovers, 1 leg and 1 wing), 3/4 cup coleslaw, 1 hawaiian roll, 1 cup of fresh pinapple and 1 serving of pretzels.

I'm going out to eat at IHOP with a friend and am having the Simple & Fit Whole Wheat French Toast Combo. It is two slices of whole wheat French toast topped with fresh slices of banana, served with scrambled egg substitute and two strips of turkey bacon. I haven't had it before, and I've never tried turkey bacon before, so I'm hoping it is good!0
