Wow! That's awesome! After day 2, I wasn't sore... I was in severe pain! We're talking couldn't walk, had to call in to work pain for 3 days! Pretty sure I did something wrong because I'm just stronger than that!!

If you're very new to hummus you might start with "original", or the pine nut flavor. They're both very mild flavors. I'm actually planning to "make my own" this weekend!!

Roasted Pine Nut definitely! I love garlic but most of them are just way too much! I did try mixing the garlic hummus with the roasted red pepper and that's pretty durn yummy!!!

Tilapia is one of the greatest things that ever came out of the water! Everybody I know grills it! It's awesome over a wood fire, but works really great on the Foreman grill too! I put garlic, a sprinkle of butter buds, lemon pepper, and a dash of dill!
