Dee- you were absolutely right! Trying to reach too many goals was just making me crazy and I wasn't getting any success! ChaLean is awesome! It's definitely hard work but it feels good! Maybe because for me sweating feels good. I know...EEWWWW!

I have a question for anyone who's already done this. Were you able to do all the exercises the first week? Especially the ab burners? I felt really good for the most part, but several things I simply couldn't do really brought me down!

Ok, so I found the crunches and the jumping jacks today! However, everything on this program is designed to be used at all levels so everything has a modified way. The ab burner portion is about 5 minutes of actual crunches (of which I made it almost half way)!!

I've only been doing it for a few days but I haven't seen any sit ups or crunches, and I do NOT do jumping jacks! You do everything with weights based on your ability and no more than 12 of anything! Katie, as much as I hate the whole "starvation mode" conversations, I really do wonder if you're intake is a bit low. I also still think you should talk to a nutritionist about the "nutrition plan" your trainer set up.

I agree the amount makes a difference. If you're way under daily it's gonna catch up to you! I didn't feel like it was a problem to start off with either but after about a week, I just lost all energy. I was completely exhausted all day. I have a Gazelle too! I love it! It's great while I watch TV! As a matter of fact I just looked up the calorie burning on it. Same as a standard elliptical. I figured it was but since I find it easier to do, I wanted to be sure!
