Oh...and also that one water....Smart Water! It's flavorless....tastes just like water...but has the electrolytes in it.

Try coconut water. That is supposed to be very good at restoring hydration and balancing your body. I think you have to go to the health food store or Whole Foods for it though.

I know what you mean! That is so totally motivating! I am going to try to actually customize my eating plan to be more conscious of my carbs and see what happens. Want to worry about carbs more than calories. But still be conscious of my calories at the same time.

Thanks! That sounds really yummy! I will have to try it! :) I have a great low carb recipe for a low carb quiche that I do with breakfast sausage and spinach. Or you can do as a cheeseburger quiche, but I like to do it with the veggies in it. I'll have to dig it out and post for you. You can always just fill the cups.…

Just go to your local farmers markets...there are always new and exciting and different types of things there! And they are healthy and low calories plant foods! :)

Thanks guys for all the input. I do tend to eat many veggies. They should be the mainstay. I rarely seem to eat fruits though, and when I do, it seems to agree with me. Nothing over the top, but eating it a couple of times a day seems to work. Not sure why I don't do regulary. Any tips for that?

THere is Lauging Cow Light. Its a processed cheese so nothing like an exception sharp cheddar. Maybe just use really flavorful cheese that pack a big flavor punch and use less. But the Laughing Cow Light is okay with crackers. :)
