Dont know what you arguing about , but i always look at "quality of kcal" I wish get maximum benefits of every kcal i intake.And there are healthy and unhealthy food in my opinion.

So if it shows me i should eat 1460 calories per day , so i should eat them regardles of how much i burn in exercise ?

That word "Diet' how i hate it....one lesson is learned , i am just making calories defecite , and its works fine for me :) and still i eat ice cream and chocolate :)
