i'm a pescaterian, however it very rare that I eat fish. It's usually when my parents insist we go the a stake restaurant and there is literally nothing on the menu. But i've been on this lifestyle for nearly 12 years now =)

From my experience of doing this a few times and failing because I got obsessive with it. I'd take it slow, it's more like a lifestyle that a diet and the long term results are better. Plus when you're taking it slow your not thinking about food all the time. But obviously it's entirely up to you =)
