@rubyweapon8503 You look an awful lot like my niece

I weigh my food more often than I weigh myself. I get better results that way.

Live in Virginia, work in DC. Married, 2 kids left at home.

@enterdanger I go to the Horton pig roast every July. Not a huge fan of their wines as a whole, but the White Chocolate wine mixed with their Raspberry wine is like drinking a glass of dessert.

I live in Virginia. 250+ wineries here. Haven't gotten to them all yet. However, a small winery called Rogers Ford Farm has a Chard I really enjoy.

I've posted this before but it's solid advice and always worth repeating: This is going to take time. A. LOT. Of. Time. You will get frustrated. You will want to quit. You will feel depressed from time to time. Some of those times will even been on the weeks when you make progress. Here's the thing: DO NOT QUIT!!!! The…

Coffee. It's the entire reason I have a Costco membership.

Feel free to add me.

Click on the user name (may have to do it a second time if there is a pop-up) until you see their profile. The click the add as friend button.

It would appear that I meet a good number of those criteria, feel free to add me. I am also trying to get (back) to 199 and actually stay there this time instead of bouncing back up over the 205 number.

Fantastic difference in the age of the kids there. Mine are 27, 24, 15, 13. My mother used to ask me all the time why we waited so long between the first two and the last two kids. Told her I had the first two and figured they'd take care of me when I got older...then I saw how they were turning out and needed a backup…

Already have an open diary, but it's not very exciting. I eat a lot of the same stuff over and over. Not that I don't enjoy variety, but I work, wife works, dinner is often just whatever happens to be easiest at the time. Wife has celiac disease so most of what we make is gluten free. Oh, I eat a lot of junk as well,…

More than happy to accept new friends, and I will be happy to offer encouragement to all. The only thing I ask in return is for you to be committed to this. If you are only going to be online for 20-30 days then give up you are not who I'm looking for. I know that sounds harsh, but I regularly clean out my list of friends…

Who does that? Pretty much everybody. Weight fluctuates, a lot. It's just a measurement of how much gravity is affecting you at that particular moment. Focus on eating a good diet (eating fewer calories than you burn), adding exercise to increase your overall fitness level, and pay attention to how your clothes fit you.…

A couple years ago I stepped out of the shower and looked over at the mirror and thought "Wow! That looks really good!" Not my body, oh heck no! I was a train wreck. My wife just picked up a new mirror with scrolled edges and it went perfectly with the bathroom. Even with the train wreck that was me, the decision came when…

I use my scale 4-5 times a day, every day. It's a food scale, and I weigh just about everything I eat, but I'm fanatical about it. I will step on the people scale weekly, but otherwise I have found that for me a food scale has provided much better results than any people scale.

40+ myself. I often tell people that I run, but you have to view me from far away, at night, while squinting in order to believe what I am doing is actually 'running'. Had been doing some HIIT routines and throwing in some yoga from time to time but stopped doing that of late. I need to get back into the additional stuff…

I'm over 40. I run, or at least if you see me from real far away, at night, while squinting, you might say to yourself "he looks like he's running...I think" I am also in VA, though do a large portion of my running in DC

Everything sounds fine except the 'not drink wine' part. What are we, animals?!

Been on here for a few days (or many, many days), and I am 40 something, so feel free to add me if you'd like!

I am on here very often and would be happy to accept friend requests if any of you don't currently have enough weird bald guys as friends. For Crystal: I can currently see where you live on your profile which is visible without being friends. Not sure where you can go to hide that information if you don't want it public.

Just think about how much easier losing weight in your 40's will seem when you're in your 50's and 60's. No better time to step up the game then right now, yeah?

I have no sense of humor at all. I am entirely too serious for my own good, yet people continually send me friend requests after reading my profile and talking about how funny I am. I do not understand this, but people are often strange. I do accept most friend requests though, unless you're a stalker. You aren't a…

https://www.fitbit.com/user/27T8JC Easiest way to add someone is to have them post their user link (as above). You can find yours on Fitbit website dashboard by clicking your username (not sure the mobile app has this). When you go to someone's link there will be an "add friend" button to click on.

Welcome. I kind of run, a little. Not well, and certainly not fast, but if you squint your eyes and look at me from a loooong way off it does look like I'm a runner. Sending friend request.

Feel free to add me as well. I am on here a lot and am usually good for a laugh (as in people usually just point and laugh at me).
