What helps me is I start my day off with a 16oz bottle of water. I then just refill it and know I have to drink 4 total for the day. I don't know why, but doing it this way makes drinking the water easier. In fact, I always end up drinking more than I am supposed to. BUT if I carry around a jug with the 64 oz all in…

My trainer told me to always put 30% less your weight. So instead of putting 310 lbs I put 280. She said this gives a more accurate picture of how many calories you are actually losing. I hope this helps! :)
