I will read your link, but if you tell me how to make my food diary public, I'll do that too. I'd love for someone to look at it and tell me where I'm going wrong. One thought. Late night snacking . . . even if it's healthy ??? like fruit? is it just BAD?

I'm 47 and couldn't run to save my life ... now I run a 5K a month and am working up to 10K's and will do a 1/2 marathon by September:smile: . COUCH 2 5K WORKS!!! DO IT!!! if it can work for me, IT CAN WORK FOR YOU!!! GOOD LUCK!!
