I definitely agree! I grabbed a bag of cookies my son had, and looked to see the calories. 150 calories for 7 mini cookies! I know how hard it was to burn off 200 on my elliptical, so i proudly put them away and got a salad! This really does make you see how much we take in!

Thanks to all the replies! I have had one child, and I am definitely altering my eating to less calories AND better foods, while using my elliptical at home and doing workouts that do not require any other equipment for now. I do not want to worry about this issue now, but I cannot help it..I am a worrywart!

YES! This is exactly it. My boyfriend & son are not dieting at all, nor working out & I often get fed up with it and want to just quit. Looking at old photos of my skinny self just makes it worse. Do you seem to have anything to motivate you? I can't seem to :/

I definitely do not work nearly as much as you do. But between my Masters program, work, being a mom & a girlfriend (that's a job too! haha), I have also struggled with this issue. The only thing I can suggest is to have readily prepared meals and snacks for yourself rather than going out to eat. If you get those glass…
