Yes I would and have! About 2 weeks ago, I lost my internet service due to severe storms in my area. It was out for 5 days, so I got my old fashioned pen and pad of paper out and tracked my food and calories each day of those 5 days.:happy:

Me either! I have been overweight all my live. As it turns out, all I needed to do to lose weight was to eat more.

I try to consistently sip water throughout the day. I also chug a lot after every meal to help wash my food down.

Mine are falling off too and they were just purchased two weeks ago. I guess we need to get more new ones!

I eat plain yogurt every day. I like to mix fresh or frozen fruit in it with a tablespoon of honey. I also use it as a topper on tacos and baked potatoes instead of sour cream.
