  • Still haven't shredded! But I fully intend to today because next week is going to be even crazier with movers here and living in a hotel for a week before we hit the road for our 4k mile road trip. EEEk! Last two days were spent buying a new car for the trip. Think I'm going to put my son down for nap and shred right now!!
  • Uggh..unintentional rest day yesterday...and today. Things are crazy as we are about to move next week but I need to make the time to work out. At least I was constantly moving, lifting and cleaning but I need to get back on track!

  • I can rock out the jumping jacks but jump roping kills me. The only segment i can get completely through of jump roping is the last one on level 1. I can't figure out why I can do the last one but not the two before?
  • Better late than never...but hey, I'm on Alaska time :) D3L1 complete! Barely made it through but I pulled it out and then my husband and I went for a quick jog so he could evaluate my horrible running stride. One day, I swear, I will love to run. I want to love to run!
  • this is awesome! I think everyone needs to take a break from makeup to let their skin breathe. I don't wear much, about the same as mommamills as I hate the feel of anything heavy on my face. I sweat too much and it just looks like a mess anyway. So here's to beautiful natural faces!
  • Day 2 Level 1 done! I woke up a bit sore from yesterday so I made myself do it earlier today. I usually hit the peak of 'soreness' about 24 hours after my workout. I think tomorrow will be my biggest hurdle. It seems like day 3 the pain sets in? So glad to have everyones support and hear each others experiences.

  • I confess I just ate 4 chocolate chip cookies and they weren't even homemade or very good and I knew what I was doing when I sat the container by my computer. Ughh...time to break out the Jillian DvD.
  • I have seen under armour brand capris, both fitted and loose. Also tanks as well. I think any sports store should have what you are looking for. The Sports Authority is the only chain one we have in Fairbanks and they have everything I've mentioned.
  • You could also make a dip for fruit using plain greek yogurt (crazy protein!) mixed with some honey and a splash of vanilla. I don't have exact amounts as I just taste it and add if it's lacking.   • thank you for the info for fruit. I was shocked at how much sugar my banana had. I'm not too overly concerned though since it's from a natural source and not candy or something else terrible for you.
  • I actually really love the taste of green tea, no need to sweeten with honey, unless I take it hot.
  • So what about decaffineated green tea, straight, no sweetner? Could this count towards your water intake? I know caffiene is a dieuretic but is the tea itself also a dieuretic?
  • Oh no! I'd like to know the answer to this. I just finished eating my bowl of kashi. I measure out a cup as I have yet to get a food scale.

  • Thank you! Now I don't feel like I'm going crazy. I need to go look at last weeks log and see if it's counted there. I have looked for an option to change it but I can't find it. I, too, count my week sat-sun but I guess I can adjust.
