I keep it under control with a High Fat Low Carb diet. It works for me.

I'm in. :) CW 245 lbs GW 235 lbs Had been doing Jenny Craig since Feb. Lost 7 lbs in Feb and 5 lbs in March but nada in April. Was getting bored with food and begain cheating. So to get things moving along I switched to low carb 2 days ago. I plan on staying on low carb for about 2 weeks.

I am having the same problem. Too much fiber is my problem. I am drinking prune juice which is doing its job nicely. :)

I'm not seeing a one-to-one ratio in my calorie intake/weight loss results or in my activity vs sedentary days. I'm losing faster than predicted. So I think the answer is it depends on how your own body's response.

You look wonderful. And hubby's face looks a bit thinner from one Christmas photo to the next. A power couple for sure. And thank you for the diet tips too. It does help a great deal.

I love the Atkins diet. No need to be hungry on Atkins. Just eat some more protein, but don't binge on it. Do stay away from the so-called low carb products. Most of them are awful and curtail weight loss. The sugar alcohol does miserable things to the digestive track. Unfortunately I am was only able to lose 20 lbs on…

Depends on which diet plan you are on. I'm on a moderate carb/1800 calorie diet. When I'm hungry beyond my daily goal, I eat protein to surpress hunger. If I eat carbs it will only increase my appetite. But your milage may vary. Need to experiment with your food intake to see how your body reacts.
