No, please dont gave them ideas:frown: :noway: . I go to the gym and pay for that and a dance classes, why pay for MFP which is free and helps to encourage people to lose weight and get fit, and it also offers support and friendship when needed.

To be honest if I go to a restaurant it is to eat, I dont have something to eat before and then go to a restaurant because I dont see the point in that, at the end of the day its your choice, its not cheap, next time have a coffee or something like that, your wife should have had something instead. Hi, I have fruit and yogurt for breakfast two days a week, then I mix the rest of the week up with cearls /porridge and toast weight watchers bread:smile:

:smile: Hi yea it is very hard, but once you get your head around it, you be fine.With the snack bit, take some fruit in or low fat snacks which you can eat. Thats what I do and it helps a lot, good luck
