I usually go with a friend, and we help and support each other, but at the moment due to our work commitments I go on my own and its not too bad. I usually just focus on what I am there for to be honest. You tend to get use to the other people who attend. I also do a dance class and I do that on my own.

For me it was Tuesday night, when the rower I was using didnt record my speed I was going to use the other rower, which this guy had been on but it put me off because it was all sweaty over the seat and he didnt wipe it off. Or when I was on the crosstrainer and the woman next to me kept stopping every two minutes because…

Hi i work out usually between 6-7.30pm it all depends on work to be honest. To night I went to the gym for 8pm due to getting in late. Did nearly a hour which was enough. It is hard when you have young children, it is whatever works for you:bigsmile:

Hi I tend to have Heinz bake beans a small tin (UK - 150g and has 109 calories) with an omelette. Or with fish fingers, it is usually to go with something else,but its like anything else its all about moderation

Hi I dont tend to dump to be honest, I have one friend who dump me whose live style was not healthy, and was not ready to change her life. I am lucky to have some great MFP friends who are great, but at the end of the day this is all about your journey :blushing:

Hi I weigh myself once a week on a Wednesday first thing before I have my breakfast. It can get too stressful if you do it every day because your weight does change from day to day:bigsmile:
