Yea I do it as part of my belly dancing class, the teacher decided to do something different for around 15 in the class and its fun. I am from the UK and got my from Home Bargains at £7 if anyone is interested.:bigsmile:

I try and eat before 8pm. If I feel hungry later I have some fruit or a packet of weight watchers crisps but all is recorded on mfp

All exercise is good. Zumba is great and belly dancing which I do both. At the gym I do the air walker, treadmill, rowing machine and sometimes the exercise bike. For my muscle i use the leg press, I also use the pull down machine and chest press. Good luck with what exercise you go for:bigsmile:

How does that work she told you 16/18 wasn't sexy but obviously they must stock 16/18 because they would not have a gap from a size 14 to a size 20. I would write a letter to the manager. This shop assistant needs to be taught how to speak to customers regardless of what size they are:explode:

Please dont do it, they dont work out in the long term, I know its hard, I understand what its like I got married three years ago and it was so annoying, It was hard work and I lost 2 stones all on my own without pills, just keep on and you be fine xx

People who just sit when they have finished their work out and chat on equipment such as a rowing machine, and if you ask if they have finished its like you killed their dog, when all you want to do is get fit and lose weight. People who use their mobiles if you want to chat stay at home.

Your body gets used to what you eat and the exercises you undertake try mixing things up a bit, eat more fish and chicken which works wonders, change your exercise routine. I know its annoying but please don't use fat burners, if they were any good no one would be overweight.:bigsmile:

Hi yes I have got one and I use it when I don't get time to go to the gym. I tend to warm up with the yoga and muscles exercise then move onto the others, we have got wii fit plus which has an additional catalogue on and thats fun. Hi yes it is scary but you have to have that confidence. You have had the confidence to put a post on here about it and thats the start, just do what you need to do, never mind anyone else just do it for you. It is hard and everyone loses weight different just keep up with it:bigsmile:

No i dont shower before I go I use deodrant and even though I work up a sweat I dont smell like this person. I have a shower when I get home, I know what you're saying but all she needed was a stronger deodrant :bigsmile:

I get stuff like, why do you need to lose weight, your not that big, you look fine to me. (bearing in mind I am a size 18/20). You dont need to lose weight, your personality will change. :bigsmile:

Wow you are looking really good girl. Your right this is not a race, everyone is different, I have seen people lose weight so fast only to put it back on. This way you are doing it at a healthy pace and at the end of the day this is about your life and how you want to live it. All the best :smile:

Yea I weigh myself once a week usually on the same day and before I have my breakfast. Yea its not a good idea to weigh everyday, because your weight changes and is not always a true record. Get yourself into a routine of weighing yourself once a week and then put the scales out of the way. Its hard but its got to be…
