You look fantastic and so much younger! Great job! :)

I used to be worried about walking around in public for exercise (I don't run yet) but I'm noticing that nobody pays attention to me at all, except other people who are out doing what I'm doing. The kicker? They've all been fairly fit and always pass me with a wave or smile. Just get out there and do it, don't worry about…

Congratulations! That's fantastic and a great walk, too! :D

I'm just a few pounds below you with similar goals. Sent you a friend request. :)

I definitely feel the same! Seeing how far I have to go is really scary and frustrating thinking I'll never get there, but just keep pushing and things will work out. As you can see from my ticker, I have a lonnnng way to go. You and anyone else are welcome to add me. :)

My son is just starting school this fall so I haven't tried this myself, but my friend is a mom of 4 kids. She found her exercise solution was to do it while helping with homework. She bought a treadmill, put it near where the kids do their schoolwork and walks while they do their thing. If they have questions, she's right…

I don't log food prep or anything that goes along with cooking/cleaning because it's just a normal part of the day.

I would like to know this so that I can burn more calories while thinking extra hard about the calories I burn while avoiding my walk!

I think the lack of sleep was definitely related, not because of the actual fasting, but because it seemed to take the cravings away and that probably meant you went to bed excited because your experiment worked. I'm not sure if that made sense because I've yet to have caffeine this morning.

My NSV this week is that I'm finding myself doing things I wouldn't have done before, like taking the stairs instead of an elevator and I'm parking at the far end of the lot at stores just to get myself moving a little bit more! Exercise crept up on me, but I'm actually looking forward to it now! Such a victory!

Congrats, that's great! :)

I did 30DS a couple times last year and my weight didn't really change much (maybe a couple pounds), but my measurements changed a lot. If you have access to a measuring tape, track your progress that way, you'll be far from discouraged.

Congratulations and thank you for sharing this with us! =D

Hi everyone! I'm Allie and I'm really happy to have found this group. :) I'm a 28-year-old work-at-home mom to a 4-year old (goodness, that was a lot of hyphens..) and I'm in camp 300+, currently weighing in at 336.2 as of 7/31. I lost all this weight once before, 91 pounds back in 2008ish putting me in onederland and over…

I originally thought the same thing, that my HRM strap would be really irritating, but it just sits right where your bra sits and after wearing it a couple times it wasn't noticeable at all.

I was just thinking this same thing about myself this morning. It's my 3rd real try at this, I have almost 200lbs to lose and I'm determined to finally succeed. I added you on tumblr. :)
