Remember this as well: "It costs less overall to be healthy. Although the foods may be more, the life long payback is priceless!" I used to consume over 3500 calories a day and had no idea of doing so. Now that I have the visual, I am consuming 1200 to 1500 a day and am completely satisfied just like before.
