  • I'm sure everyone feels like that ... but you only have to do it once 'cos next time you'll have already been before and will at least know someone ... no-one will be judging and they'll pleased to see a new face and you'll soon have a whole load of new friends from your class <3
  • thanks for the reply. I do try with the breathing and have been pretty good in the slower movements, but once I start having to concentrate on what my body is doing I forget all about the breathing :\ good to hear the two will catch up with each other eventually xx

  • Hello ... only tried yoga a week or so ago, and managed some every day since and I'm loving it. Haven't been to any classes, have been YouTube-ing I spend too much on other classes to even think about starting a yoga class as well, so it's got to be at home for me. :)

  • OK thanks for that. I already have a mat that I use for piloxing, so no problem there. I will have to be brave and give the online videos a go then, least there be no-one to see my awful balance and control. x

  • I've only been on here 5 days but I'm loving it and I'm sure I'm here to stay. I had no massive hope or ambitions in the weight loss area, I know I need to lose some but that wasn't the be all and end all for me. It's the health side that really concerns me, I'm older than I used to be and was starting to get quite worried…

  • I've logged it as Les Mills Body Combat, which looks like it is pretty similar. Unless anyone knows different?
