I have done all of the above at various times in my life..for the last 5-6 years i put the scales away and never took them back out knowing i would be able to tell by the way i felt, and the way my clothes were fitting.......that somehow got away from me and now i find myself 15lbs more than when i put away the…

well......80 proof vodka is 64 cals and a martoooni would have prolly 2 shots thats 128+ just about 1/2 oz. or so of olive juice which would yield some sodium if you skip the olive & just add the juice you could do it now & then i would think! remember the fat in olives is good fat ie:mediteranian diet!! they are pretty…

Body Fortress (walmart) makes a vanilla Whey protein powder that is delish! 140 cals 3 carbs, 2grms fat, 26grms protein, 65 sodium, 1 grm sugar. 1 scoop with water shake with ice. delish~~~ you want you can add vanilla yogurt or fruit, but i like just the water & the powder for a cheap cal/low sugar/ HIGH protein fix!!

I use vanilla Whey protein (body fortress brand, 1 scoop has 26 grms protein) put in a handful of berries (any), 1/2 banana, 4 oz. orange juice ( or any kind) 2-3 oz. of lowfat vanilla yogurt, handful of crushed ice. blender...fabulous and low cal high protein

I find the longer i go without these things the less craving i have for them..try chewing sugarfree gum or suck a sugar free life saver if it's too bad..eventually it will ease up. Everytime you just sneak a bite you start the craving process over again. Hang in there i get it!!:grumble:

I'm eating more food but more nutrional food..less fast foods, more veggies, smaller portions, always breakfast, i used to skip that alot. I'm watching salt to the point of crazy, I'm more inclined to reject a food for the high sodium content no matter how low the calories are! It just holds the water in your body like you…
-
sounds great! anyone know the sodium count?
-
Paul, thanks for the very good information and good luck to you!
