protein is where its at for me..eggs..leftover meat..PBJ on whole wheat with a protein drink...I can go play a 5 hour round of golf with high energy and I don't get hungry either. I agree with the above also..eat more often if you are hungry, then your less likely to eat more than you should.

if you are serious about losing weight ..you need to commit! 100%, The "Hassle" soon becomes easier and you will see the weight go. log in everything and you will then have an idea why you have gained. Move as much as you can. Unfortunately we can;t wish the pounds away it takes effort and commitment. Wish you good luck.

boil 2 c.cauliflower with 2 cloves of garlic.. about 20 mins till very soft..mash and add a small amount of warm milk and a pat of butter. They end up like a creamy garlic :flowerforyou: mash potato but very low cal and delish.

okay i like the idea and will try it! but 1TB of oil is a huge amount of fat!! add to that the fat from the cheese & meat you now have 279 cals. of fat. it may be low cal..but it's high fat!! that burger is 66% fat!! I will lower that one with less cheese and oil. thanks for the recipe.

I purchased the FT4 from amazon for about 70$..it comes with the strap and it works! easy to use, you can swim in it to 30m. I was after calories burned and heartrate so this fits the bill.

I think a sweet potato is more yellow and drier in texture and a yam is softer & more orange...unless I have it backasswards..I bake them like a potato and add a blop of lite sour cream.

Just make the conscious decision to change this time! flip the switch! plan your meals for the day early in the morning and then make it happen that way..if something gets changed along the way switch up the rest of the days foods till it all works out:flowerforyou: . well..I buy Krogers frozen shrimp the 26 count size which is a nice medium size. I pay 5.99 for a lb of them and it gets my hubby and I, 2 meals so is that expensive? I cook everything pretty much from scratch..it takes some work to keep the sodium down but it gets easier! I changed my sodium count in goals to 1800mgs and I try to stay under that if possible. I have found I must cook everything from scratch & fresh ( pretty much) use no canned or processed food they are just rampant with salt. The first week we really missed the good things salt does making food taste good ( or so I thought)…
