  • Whatever fits into your calories for the day. There is no specific food that will help you lose or maintain weight better than another. It's calories in vs. calories out.

  • Well, I know you don't want to take medicine, but maybe you should at least see a doctor if this is out of the norm for you and if you are getting enough fiber.
  • This is my last one I PROMISE. I saw that picture of Molly Ringwald someone posted, and it reminded me of him. What can I say? I was a hornball as a teen I guess, lol.
